Best
FOX-- They do a great job with covering ALL of the field and not just the leaders. The announcers are very knowledgeable on the set up of the cars, the tracks, history, drivers...you name it, they know it! Dick Berggern, Jeff Hammond, Darrell Waltrip, Mike Joy, Larry McReynolds, Chris Meyers, and Matt Yocum make a great team. Plus Darrell Waltrip is phenomonal... when he's not rooting for his brother. But they are entertaining. They do a great job of covering the Dayton 500, they always have great segments on there too.
Worst
TNT-- Cover way too much of the leader. They will have the camera on the leader the whole race and every once in a while they will go through the rest of the field. There also always flukes and screw ups during the race. The first race they cover in the season is always the worst one to watch cuz they dont have all the kinks out yet and it just makes for an awful broadcast. Plus the announcers arent entertaining.
ESPN-- They just need to stick to sports that involve a ball. Not Motorsports. ABC & ESPN just dont have what it takes to cover NASCAR. They take WAY too many commercial breaks and cut away during yellow flags. They are also really bad about just showing the leader and not covering the field.
